MY SETBACK LAST SEMESTER AND THE WAY FORWARD

In my second year in the University below were some of my setbacks.
-Improper and poor time management and planning leading to over-concentration on some things like my academic work, social environment (joining clubs,societies annd others ) and less attention on issues and activites such as my contribution and communication with smartkids and now the way forward is to have balanced attention on all issues of my life especially to smartkids.
-Inadequate rest and unbalanced nutrition intake leading to fatigue and unhealtiness.
The first stated setback led to this tiredness and sickness and as i have introspected and identified it i am living healthy and strong for all things ahead of me.

TO DEFER OR CONTINUE MY EDUCATION

Smartkids foundation has been sponsoring my education from the senior High School up to my second year in the University of Education ,Winneba and during this year our Annual General Meeting because of my inability to communicate enough and contribute my quota to the foundation which i admit as one of my setback last academic year i was informed that i will not receive my partial sponsorship this academic semester .
I have now decided to contribute much to my loving foundation Smartkids by way of regularly updating my blog ,visit the kids at school and others this semester.
My main challenge is as to how to pay my school fees and little money for feeding and learning materials on the grounds that three friendsof mine who have rented a room have informed me to parch in their room which i want to do but it is illegal,unhealthy and unsafe.
I am working within the clock of two weeks as continuing studentswill resume and register that time by seeking assistance from friends parents,my parent seeking loan and others.All these are now not fully assured and so if it fails i will defer my edcation.
Therefore i am appealing to smartkids to assist me financially else i have to stay home a year.

MY BACKGROUND

I am in the person of Thomas Kangah and i was born on 13rd November 1988 in Atuabo a typical village the Western Region of Ghana.
I had my basic education at Atuabo where i obtained the basic education Certificate and by God's grace the Smartkids foundation sponsored my Secondary Education at Cambridge and i completed in Angel Senior Secondary School and obtained the West Africa Senior Secondary Certificate Examination.
In June 2008, i got admission to the University of Education Winneba where i am offering a Bachelor Degree in BASIC EDUCATION .
After i have graduated, i will work as Educational Administrator either in the public or private sector. It is my goal to become a Professor in Education to empower and modify the entire educational structure in Ghana, Africa and the world in general.
As i offer this course it is my heartbeat to provide a purposive and laudable plans for Smartkids so as to enable the foundation to progress in providing quality education for the brilliant but needy.
